Our Customer Consultant
Kathy Shertzer | Customer Consultant Your first contact with DuKate Fine Remodeling is Kathy Shertzer. She is the "customer consultant" of the company helping you to match your dreams with your budget. When you call in for an estimate, Kathy will make a phone appointment with you, the potential client, setting aside 20-30 minutes to gather the details of your remodeling project. Client participation is eagerly sought at this point so that we may understand what your expectations will be and how we can achieve them. This process begins to lay the proper foundation for a successful project. Kathy will schedule your first meeting with Mike DuKate or Joe Stilwell where all the information accumulated to this point will be transferred in the form of a meeting agenda.
