Our Warranty

DuKate Fine Remodeling adheres to the BAGI Quality Assurance Builder Standards for home building and remodeling.  The service period, as used in these standards is defined as a period of one year form the date of closing and/or final acceptance of the project (unless otherwise noted by the builder and the homeowner in the original contract).  

In Central Indiana, construction is governed by a process that requires all work to be done in compliance with locally approved, applicable building codes.

Pella Warranty:  
For the 1st 20 yrs:  The glass in Pella windows, patio doors, entry doors and skylights is guaranteed for 20 yrs after the date of sale.

For the 1st 10 yrs:  If a defect in materials or workmanship of your Pella product not covered by the glass warranty is brought to Pella's attention during the 1st 10 yrs from the date of sale, Pella Corp will have at its option:

1) Repair the product (after 1st 2 yrs there will be a charge for labor but repair parts are free the entire 10 yr period).  

2) Provide replacement parts or products.  

3)  If Pella determines that repair or replacement is not practical, they may elect to refund the original purchase price.
