During your on-site evaluation, you meet with one of our experienced designers to assess the feasibility and design options for your project. We also measure, take photos and review plans or ideas you have collected.
Modify the Design
Once our designer develops the design within your budget, we review and modify the plans per your request. Once the design is approved, we prepare a cost analysis.
Review Materials, Inspect the Site
We provide a material selection sheet to use when visiting various showrooms to select materials or appliances. Our recommended vendors will be expecting your visit by appointment and have pertinent photos and dimensioned drawings of your project.
To ensure accurate pricing, licensed trade partners like plumbers, electricians, drywall or flooring contractors may visit the project site to inspect the area and determine the amount of time and material needed.
Analyze Costs, Approve the Project
The approved design is converted into a detailed scope of work. A contract then presents for review and approval. Since the design was based on your budget, this should be the final stage before construction.
Have a Pre-Construction Meeting
When you are ready to proceed with construction, we conduct a pre-construction meeting on-site. We review the schedule and completion date, how payments will occur and how best to access your property, store materials, salvage items and secure your pets. We also review change order procedures.
