OUR PROCESS
MEET WITH DESIGNERS
During your on-site evaluation, you will meet with one of our experienced designers to assess feasibility and design options for your project. We also will measure, take photos and review plans or ideas you have collected.
MODIFY THE DESIGN
Once our designer develops the design within your budget, we will review and modify the plans per your request. Once the design is approved, we will prepare a cost analysis.
REVIEW MATERIALS, INSPECT THE SITE
During this phase, we will provide a material selection sheet to use when visiting various showrooms to select the material or appliance for your project. Our recommended vendors will be expecting your visit by appointment and have pertinent photos and dimensioned drawings of your project.
To ensure accurate pricing, licensed trade partners like plumbers, electricians, drywall or flooring contractors may visit the project site to inspect the area and determine the amount of time and material needed.
ANALYZE COSTS, APPROVE THE PROJECT
Approved design will be converted into a detailed scope of work. A contract then will be presented for review and approval. Since the design was based on your budget, this should be the final stage before construction.
COMPLETE YOUR DREAM
When you are ready to proceed with construction, we will conduct a pre-construction meeting on site. We will review the schedule and completion date, how payments will occur and how best to access your property, store materials, salvage items and secure your pets. We also will review change order procedures.
Guided by the systems developed through our years of experience, we will progress to a smooth close out.
